Authors Guidelines (with Samples)

“Ukrainian Linguistics” publishes research articles of famous and young linguists dealing with linguistic theory, issues of interest to the professional linguistic community and reviews of recently published books on linguistics.

The materials are accepted for printing if they meet SAC requirements and international scientific standards according to which a scientific article is supposed to contain the following issues: formulation of the problem in the context of Modern Linguistic science and its connection with important scientific and practical tasks; analysis of recent on the research topic; the definition of previously unexplored aspects of the general problem or any new areas of research; formulation of the purpose of the paper (problem setting); presentation of major research material with full justification of scientific results; conclusions and scientific prospects of future search in this direction.

The languages of publication are Ukrainian, Slavonic languages and English.
Papers should be submitted in electronic form (Microsoft Word editor). Names of files must conform to author’s surname, for example: гнатюк.doc.

In another file in *.doc / *.docx format there should be given the following information about the author: author’s full name, scientific degree and title, current employment place, home address, phone number, e-mail. The file title should contain author’s surname and the word “відомості”, e.g.: гнатюк_відомості.doc.

The review of supervisor is obligatory for graduate students.
