About the Journal

Aims and scope

The journal “Ukrainian Linguistics” is a scientific peer-reviewed journal that welcomes submissions from leading experts and young researchers from around the world that advance the knowledge, theory or methodology of linguistics.

The purpose of the journal is to develop and strengthen scientific contacts in the linguistic community, to promote the latest achievements and results of theoretical, empirical and applied research, covering a wide range of problems of general, comparative-historical and typological linguistics, theory and structure of language, dialectology, onomastics, codification of the language and stylistics, functional and communicative linguistics, communication theory and pragmatics, text linguistics and discourse theory, cognitive linguistics, ethnolinguistics and linguoculturology, socio- and psycholinguistics, computational linguistics, and translation linguistics.
